Somehow, this doesn't look like home
And it's one billion degrees out here
Not that I'm complaining
Cuz I'm looking at something I'd never thought I'd see
A pyramid!

There are snake heads at the bottom
But they're not real, so I'm not scared
And there's steps to the top
But we're not allowed to climb them
91 on each side
Plus 1 shared platform
Makes 365 steps - one for each day of the year

There are other Mayan ruins all around
And not enough time to see them all
Not that I'm complaining
